Colengo has been carefully building excellent e-commerce software for medium sized enterprises since 2012. Having started in a time when SaaS wasn’t a big thing and having a strict tech DNA, the owners felt it was time to review and revamp their strategy. What better way than to do this through a 2-day workshop on the island Bali.
Through design thinking we discovered a lot of unused potential and set out a new path for Colengo to think, grow and act.
After defining the strategic planning through the OKR method we started redeveloping the Colengo brand, the business model, the website and their overall visual appearance.
